This mentorship is for women in their Sovereign Season (typically 38yo+) who are done negotiating with poor sleep, hormone volatility, relationship chaos, and stress patterns that don’t match who they truly are.


You hold high standards for yourself.

Now is the time your energy, hormones, and nervous system become aligned with those standards.


Over 14 weeks, we raise your baseline - stabilising what’s been inconsistent and refining what’s already strong.


This is structured, intentional work. Not a quick fix.

Investment for my 14-week private mentorship is $3500 NZD. Payment plans available. Are you financially prepared to invest at this level?
My private mentoring sessions are held fortnightly on Zoom, Monday-Wednesday between 9AM & 2PM NZT. I'm open to earlier in the morning, but I don't work evenings. Are you consistently available within these windows?

If aligned, you will receive an invitation to book a strategic clarity call within 3–5 business days.
